This might require a bit of effort on a home-by-home basis, but it could leave a memorable, lasting impression—especially since this could be a card that ends up “magneted” to the refrigerator.
**Step 1:** Use the “Cartoonify” app in Canva to create a cartoon version of the subject property.
**Step 2:** Include your offer to help with financing (refinancing, second home, investment property, etc.).
**Step 3:** Add a note saying, “In the meantime, enjoy this cartoon version of your house.”
Currently, 4×6 versions of these postcards can be sent for $0.70 with Thanks.io, but a 6×9 size might make more sense here.
